This is the cover of the first Spiderman story I ever read. The first dozen or so issues of Spiderman introduced a new villain each issue all of which went on to become Spiderman classics. Then in King-Size Special #6, six of Spiderman's enemies teamed up and attacked him all at once. I was worried the amazing teen, Peter Parker, had his hands full, but he came through with flying colors! His then rival, the Human Torch even congratulated him on his victory while Jonah Jameson had ulcers on his ulcers. Alas, I am not old enough to have bought this original comic. I got a reprint that appeared in a giant size issue which I bought at a drug store a block away from my grandparents' house. It was the early 70s and I must have been about 10 years old.
